Product Families group similar products together (that vary by slight differences such as colour or size), so they can share native Ratings & Reviews.
Native reviews are those that come in through homedepot.ca, seeds, and PIE. Syndicated reviews are those originating from homedepot.com or a vendor website, and they are not included in product families. Any products that are in SSKU are already part of a product family.
Home Depot Canada benchmarks:
- Minimum 10 reviews per PIP
- Minimum 4 star rating per PIP
Getting Started:
- Download the form and fill out the greyed out fields to group your products
- Once the form has been completed, please attached the form to your Zendesk ticket and submit

- Product Families can only surface native ratings and reviews, and not syndicated content.
