All brands have free access to respond to customer questions on HomeDepot.ca through the Bazaarvoice Connections Basic portal.

For every Home Depot Canada customer who has a question or feedback about your product, hundreds - even thousands - are listening.

  • Maintain a 99% response rate 

Getting Started: 

  • To learn more or sign up for this paid program visit https://resources.bazaarvoice.com/brand-invite-ca-home-depot.html
  • Click “Get Started”
  • Fill out the form and select the “Answer Questions” check box
  • Click “Send”
  • Within 48 hours a member of the Bazaarvoice team will reach out to discuss details, pricing, timeline, and work with the vendor to launch the campaign
  • The enrollment process will take 7-10 business days
